It would formally establish a date, time and place <br />for a public ceremony where the current City Flag would be officially retired to a place of honor, in the <br />event that the ordinance addressing the new City Flag is passed by the Council. <br />We recommend that this Resolution be sent to the Community Relations Committee for review and a <br />positive recommendation.
