SECTION 12. AMENDMENT AND EXTENSION. <br />This Agreement and the exhibits now or hereafter a part of this Agreement shall not be <br />deemed amended in any manner unless such amendment is in writing and signed by a duly <br />authorized representative of each Parry. <br />SECTION 13.
