Sec. 14 -125. Days Excluded from Performing. �(d)(n Days Exeluded from Peff ,-miw. Annual special events taking place in the Central Business and Entertainment Area and other events requiring the use of sidewalks in this Area to shall take precedence over buskers and sidewalk performers.
