RESOLUTION NO. 4 65G, ° I (.P <br />A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A <br />DECLARATORY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS <br />Intersection of Mayflower Rd and Western Avenue, South Bend, IN <br />46619 <br />AS AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR <br />PURPOSES OF A SIX (6) YEAR REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br />County Development, LLC <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has <br />adopted a Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Economic <br />Revitalization Areas for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, a Declaratory Resolution designated the area commonly known as <br />the- intersection of Mayflower Rd and Western Avenue, South Bend, IN 46619 and which <br />is more particularly described as follows: <br />LOTS 61 & 62 GROUSES PRO SEC 8 -37 -2E 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 63 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 64 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 65 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 66 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />W 90 FT LOTS 67 & 68 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />E 75' LOT 54 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 54 EX E 75' GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 55 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 56 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOTS 57 & 58100'S SIDE GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />and which has a Key Number [to be assigned] be designated as an Economic <br />Revitalization Area; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the adoption of a Declaratory Resolution and the public <br />hearing before the Council has been published pursuant to Indiana Code 6 -1.1- 12.1 -2.5; <br />and <br />
