Caf6 next because chocolate is unhealthy. We cant police people and every single thing they do <br />in their lives. If you pass this it will murder these bars. <br />Brian Geirnaert, 19690 Gilmber St., stated he shops, drinks, and smokes in South Bend at these <br />establishments. He runs a bar in Mishawaka and he welcomes this ordinance business wise <br />because his business will increase. These bars will suffer and business will leave South Bend. <br />Councilmember Oliver Davis made a motion to send Bill 11 -16 to the full Council with no <br />recommendation.
