RESOLUTION NO. 3 ~ 3 ~O" ~~ A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3511 - 3615 Voorde Drive AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A (5) FIVE-YEAR PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR Fortis Plastics, LLC WHEREAS, a petition for personal property tax abatement consideration has been filed with the City Clerk for consideration by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, requesting that the area commonly known as 3511 - 3615 Voorde Drive, South Bend, Indiana, and which is more particularly described as follows: Land Situated in the State of Indiana, County of St, Joseph, City of South Bend. PARCEL I: A portion of the East'/: of Section 33, Township 38 North, Range 2 East of the Second Principal Meridian, and a part of the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast '/4 Section 33, thence South 0 degrees, 07 minutes, 29 seconds West, along and with the East line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 33, a distance of 815.52 feet; thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds West, a distance of 1,348.23 feet to the intersection of the Northerly Right-of--Way line of Voorde Drive and the Westerly Right-of--Way line of proposed Progress Drive, said point being the point of beginning; thence North 0 degrees 19 minutes 51 seconds East, along and with the said Westerly Right-of--Way line of proposed Progress Drive, a distance of 455.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds West, along a line parallel with the Northerly Right-of--Way line of Voorde Drive, a distance of 250.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 19 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 455.00 feet to a point on the Northerly Right-of--Way line of Voorde Drive; thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds East, along and with the Northerly Right-of-~'Vay line of Voorde Drive, a distance of 250.00 feet to the place of beginning. PARCEL II: A portion of the Southeast'/4 of Section 33, Township 38 North, Range 2 East of the Second Principal Meridian, in and part of the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as
