<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $175,000 RECEIVED FROM THE U.S. <br />DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR TFIE WEED & SEED PROGRAM <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />In order to deliver services to individuals within our community, the City of South Bend <br />received funds from the U.S. Department of Justice to insure the delivery of programs, projects, <br />and services. The funds appropriated in this ordinance will aid in the defraying costs of <br />programming within the designated Weed & Seed Site #2 -Northwest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $175,000 is hereby appropriated within Fund 212 for use <br />under the guidelines of the U.S. Department of Justice Weed & Seed Program. <br />SECTION H.
