The adaptive reuse of the property will allow the existing building <br />to continue to be an integral part of this block. The proximity of the Center for the <br />Homeless and Hope Ministries will provide a supportive network. <br />PLEASE NOTE that the Ordinance has been amended by the petitioner and is different than that <br />used for the Common Council's first reading.
