Section IV. The purpose of the vacation of the real property is <br />TO VACATE A 14 FOOT WIDE ALLEY SO THAT THE <br />NORTH 7 FEET CAN BE ADDED TO SAID LOT E TO THE <br />NORTH. THE ADDITIONAL 7 FEET WILL BE COMBINED <br />WITH LOTS D AND E WITHIN SAID TURNOCK'S <br />SUBDIVISION TO THE NORTH AND BE SUBDIVIDED INTO <br />2 NEW LOTS FOR REDEVELOPMENT. <br />SECTION V.
