In accordance with the <br />Thomas LaFountain procedure for the renewal. of city business licenses these applications <br />Third District were submitted to the Police Department, Fire Inspection Bureau, Water <br />Works, Department of Code Enforcement and Building Department for <br />Ann PuZZello inspection. <br />Fourth District <br /> The following properties were inspected: <br />David Varner <br />Fifth District LKQ Self Service Auto Parts, 1602 S.
