The property is currently owned and used by SouthGate Church, Inc. (f/k/a <br />Calvary Temple-South Bend Gospel Tabernacle, Inc.). We are requesting a zone change from <br />MU Mixed Use District to SF2 Single Family and Two Family District, which includes public <br />schools as a permitted use. <br />As required, we have also enclosed Check No. 016451 in the amount of $100.00 <br />payable to the City of South Bend and Check No. 016452 in the amount of $50.00 payable to the <br />Area Plan Commission. <br />Please be advised that our title insurer has determined that the legal description <br />for the identified Parcel 1 is apparently incorrect as recorded in the chain of title.
