13.1 Governing L_aw. This Agreement shall be deemed entered into, in Indiana and <br />shall be subject to the laws of the State of Indiana and any applicable federal laws, <br />including the approval provisions of 25 U.S.C. § 81. <br />14. Miscellaneous Provisions. <br />(a). Notice.
