RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS <br />Intersection of Mayflower Rd and Western Avenue, South Bend, IN 46619 <br />AS AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA <br />FOR PURPOSES OF A SIX (6) YEAR REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br />County Development, LLC <br />WHEREAS, a petition for real property tax abatement has been filed with the City Clerk <br />for consideration by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana (the "Common <br />Council ") requesting that portion of the property located at the intersection of Mayflower Rd. and <br />Western Avenue, South Bend, Indiana 46619 which is more particularly described as: <br />LOTS 61 & 62 GROUSES PRO SEC 8 -37 -2E 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 63 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 64 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 65 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 66 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />W 90 FT LOTS 67 & 68 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />E 75' LOT 54 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 54 EX E 75' GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 55 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOT 56 GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />LOTS 57 & 58 100'S SIDE GROUSES ADD 16/17 ANNEXED ORD #10375 -15 <br />and which shall have a separate Key Number assigned upon the subdivision of the parcel into one <br />tax parcel and provided to the Common Council be designated as an Economic Revitalization Area <br />under the provisions of Indiana Code § 6 -1.1 -12.1 et seq., and South Bend Municipal Code <br />Sections 2 -76 et seq., and; <br />WHEREAS, petitioner has agreed to and has accepted responsibility to report any changes <br />in the final legal description and to report the final, appropriate Key Number to the Department of <br />Community Investment and to the Office of the City Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Community Investment has concluded an investigation and <br />prepared a report with information sufficient for the Common Council to determine that the area <br />US.99336760.02 <br />
