The purpose of the amendment is to establish the property located <br />at 214 West Jefferson Boulevard as a Local Landmark. A copy of the Historic <br />Preservation Commission Staff Report for this proposal is also attached <br />providing background and procedural information on this proposal. <br />We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to presenting the <br />Landmark proposal to the council.
