The purpose of this ordinance is to establish , requesting the property at 415 West <br />Madison Street as an Historic Landmark. The described real estate is the east 1/2 of lot 34 of <br />Hendricks and Grants Addition. <br />The Historic Preservation Commission has recommended designation of this property to the <br />Common Council at the Commissions public hearing on October 19, 1998. The owner of the <br />property has not been in contact with the Commission .
