Councilmember Karen White asked if the alley vacation would hinder any type of movement by <br />the residents. <br />Mr. Kain responded the vacation does not hinder any access, only for Solid Waste and not for <br />residents. <br />Councilmember Karen White asked if anyone from the public spoke against this at the Board of <br />Public Works meetings. <br />Mr. Kain said there is no record of that at the meeting. <br />Council President Tim Scott stated he is the one who asked for the letter stating the Cross Access <br />Agreement is not needed. This is to make sure there is no ambiguity down the line when <br />everyone here is gone that there is nothing to question about this. <br />Councilmember Gavin Ferlic made a motion to send Bill 08 -16 to the full Council favorably <br />upon the condition that a letter is provided by the Dept. of Public Works addressing the issues <br />brought forward by the Committee. John Voorde seconded the motion which carried by a voice <br />vote of four (4) ayes. <br />There being nothing left before the Committee, Jo M.
