The Council finds that the Schedule of Fees recommended for approval by the Board of Public <br />Works in its Resolution No. 68 -2015 attached hereto reflect the current and actual costs for <br />performing the specific services and should be approved. <br />On behalf of the Department of Code Enforcement, it is my belief that this ordinance is in the best <br />interest of the citizens of the City of South Bend. <br />Respectfully, <br />1Zandy Wilkerson <br />Director of Code Enforcement <br />
