ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1921 GREENOCK, 1927 GREENOCK, 1931 GREENOCK, 1935 GREENOCK, <br />COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT FIVE (5) <br />IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />ZONING IS CURRENTLY DUPLEX BLT 1978 SZ 1782. I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE CHANGED TO <br />DUPLEX NON -PUD. I OWN ALL 4 PROPERTIES NOW, SO THERE IS NO NEED FOR THESE <br />PROPERTIES TO BE ZONED PUD ANYMORE. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9495 -04, is amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br />classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />LOTS 27& 28 GARDEN QUARTER SEC A <br />LOTS 29 & 30 GARDEN QUARTER SEC A <br />LOTS 31 & 32 GARDEN QUARTER SEC A <br />LOTS 33 & 34 GARDEN QUARTER SEC A <br />be and the same is hereby established as DUPLEX NON -PUD <br />SECTION II.
