ORDINANCE NO. 9 ~ ~~'~q <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $25,000.00 FROM THE <br />MORRIS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE <br />PURCHASE OF NECESSARY SERVICE, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT OF <br />THE HOT WATER HEATER AND 120 GALLON STORAGE TANK IN THE <br />MECHANICAL ROOM OF THE MORRIS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER <br />(FUND NUMBER 416) <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The Morris Performing Arts Center Improvement Fund (Fund No. 416) <br />was established for the purpose of renovating, remodeling, or otherwise <br />improving the facilities at the Morris Performing Arts Center. The Morris <br />Performing Arts Center desires to make certain capital improvements to maintain <br />the facilities in good working order for the benefit of all patrons and clients. The <br />proposed capital expenditure is for $25,000.00 for service, repair, and <br />replacement of the hot water heater and 120 gallon storage tank in the <br />mechanical room of the Morris Performing Arts Center. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section I. The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and <br />ordered set apart from and within the Morris Performing Arts Center <br />Improvement Fund for the purchase of necessary service, repair, and <br />replacement of the hot water heater and 120 gallon storage tank in the <br />mechanical room of the of the Morris Performing Arts Center. <br />Account Number Description Amount <br />416 Morris Performing Arts Center $25,000.00 <br />Improvement Fund <br />Section II.
