Nimtz Parkway <br />Dear Council Members: <br />When the petition to rezone the property at the intersection of Nimtz Parkway and Moreau Court was <br />heard by the Area Plan Commission, it was sent was a favorable recommendation subject to Written <br />Commitments. Attached is an amended Ordinance that incorporates wording to indicate such. This is in <br />addition to the letter received noting the change in the location description.
