<br />This fund was established in 2006 with the City's share of the proceeds for the lease of
<br />the Indiana Toll Road (I-80/90). The fund is used to finance capital improvements projects
<br />and also makes loans to other funds. Annual revenue is the loan payments from those
<br />other funds. In recent years, the fund has been used in connection with the City's Smart
<br />Streets program.
