This alley is currently not paved either with asphalt or
gravel. Some of the neighbors already use it as flower gardens. This would allow the neighbors
to extend their property and extend their yards into an empty lot. All neighbors have signed off
on this.
Dr. Varner asked who would replat the lots and extend the property lines.
Kathy Schuth responded they would take that upon themselves and extend the property.
There was no one from the public to speak in favor or opposition of the bill.
Council Member Gavin Ferlic made a motion to send this bill forward to the full Council with a
favorable recommendation. The motion was seconded by Council Member Randy Kelly which
carried by a voice vote of four (4) ayes.
There being no further business before the Committee, Chairperson Jo Broden closed the
meeting at 4:19 p.m.
Respectfully Submitted,
4L6 ,
J roden, Chairperson
