ypV TH 4� <br />i <br />• Imo` . <br />Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2016 <br />The February 2, 2016 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called <br />to order by Council President Tim Scott at 5:32 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Oliver J. Davis, Karen L. White, Tim <br />Scott, Randy Kelly, Jo Broden, Regina Williams- Preston, and John Voorde; Robert Palmer, <br />Attorney; and Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand. <br />The Executive Session was called pursuant to the "Notice" dated January 28, 2016 <br />(attached) which states in part that the meeting is being held pursuant to Indiana Code § 5- 14 -1.5- <br />6.1 (b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation or litigation which <br />has been threatened in writing ". <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the January 28, 2016 "Notice ". <br />Council President Tim Scott adjourned the Executive Session at 6:56 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Tim Scott, Council President <br />1" District Council Member <br />South Bend Common Council <br />Attachment <br />Filed In Clerk's Office <br />FEB 3N16 <br />JOHN VOORDE <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IN <br />
