Staff Report <br />12/4/2015 <br />Strict application of the landscape regulations would require the site to have redundant <br />landscaping. <br />Recommendation: <br />Based on information available prior to the public hearing, staff recommends that the <br />rezoning petition and Special Exception Use be sent to the Common Council with a <br />favorable recommendation. Staff recommends approval of both variances. <br />Analysis: <br />Rezoning this site to OB Office Buffer District with the limited Special Exception Uses <br />permitted will allow for a responsible adaptive -reuse while providing a buffer between the <br />residential neighborhood and Edison Road. <br />APC 4 2768 -15 Page 4 of <br />
