Additional <br />unnecessary screening would not have any additional benefit to the adjacent properties. <br />(c) The strict application of the terms of this Ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use of <br />the property: Requiring unnecessary additional screening where adequate screening already exists <br />would result in an undue financial hardship on the owners who have already carried the expenses of <br />this vacant property for a long time. <br />9) If not clearly shown on the Preliminary Site Plan, a site plan showing the requested variances shall also be <br />submitted. <br />
