ZONING & ANNEXATION JANUARY 11, 2016 3:30 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Oliver Davis, Jo Broden, Gavin Ferlic, John Voorde <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott, Karen White, Dr. David Varner, <br />Regina Williams Preston, <br />Others Present: Kathy Cekanski - Farrand, Adriana Rodriguez-, Jen Coffinan <br />Agenda: Bill 81 -15 — Amending the zoning at 5603 Nimtz Parkway <br />Oliver Davis, Chairman of the Zoning & Annexation Committee called the hearing to order with <br />one bill up for consideration. <br />Bill 81 -15 was submitted to amend the zoning ordinance for 5603 Nimtz Parkway and Maraue <br />Court. <br />Oliver Davis reported that he received an email reporting the petitioner wished for Bill 81 -15 to <br />be continued to 1- 25 -16. Gavin Ferlic made a motion to continue Bill 81 -15 to the Zoning and <br />Annexation Committee on 1- 25 -16. Regina Williams Preston offered a second which all <br />supported. <br />Oliver Davis adjourned the meeting at 3:32 p.m. <br />
