PUBLIC WORKS & PROPERTY VACATION <br />JANUARY 11, 2016 3:55 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Jo Broden, John Voorde, Gavin Ferlic, Randy Kelly <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott, Karen White, Regina Williams Preston, <br />Dr. David Varner, Oliver Davis <br />Others Present: Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand, Adriana Rodriguez, Jen Coffinan <br />Agenda: Bill 80 -15 Vacation of property first alley e/w of California Ave. <br />Jo Broden, Chairman of the Public Works & Property Vacation Committee, called the hearing to <br />order with one bill up for consideration. <br />Due to the petitioners wishes Gavin Ferlic made a motion to continue Bill 80 -15 to the Public <br />Works & Property Vacation Committee of 1- 25 -16. John Voorde seconded the motion which <br />was approved by the Committee unanimously. <br />Kathleen Cekanski — Farrand made an announcement for the record that the petitioner did contact <br />the City Clerk's Office and waive the thirty (30) day requirement of the City Council acting on <br />the request. <br />There being no further business before the Committee, Jo Broden adjourned the meeting at 3:57 <br />p.m. <br />Respectfully St mitted, <br />L , Chairperson <br />
