An adjustment of the excavator registration fees from one hundred <br /> dollars ($100.00)to one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) is necessary to correct this <br /> oversight and assure that all contractors are treated equally. <br /> Either my assistant, Ayoka Paek, or I will present these changes at the next available scheduled <br /> Common Council meeting.
