The Common Council hereby confirms its Declaratory <br /> Resolution No. adopted by the Council on which <br /> designated the area described hererein as a Urban Development <br /> Area for the purposes of Tangible Personal Property tax abatement <br /> consideration and confirms its determination of the project 's <br /> public utility and benefit. <br /> SECTION II .
