RESOLUTION NO. IQ \ to -g a A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING THE CONTROLLER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO RELEASE INFORMATION TO REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ' RETIREMENT FUND. WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend is the governing body of the City of South Bend; and WHEREAS, the officials of the Public Employees ' Retirement Fund (hereinafter called PERF) now require a resolution by the governing body authorizing a particular individual or office of each municipality to respond to its inquiries ; and WHEREAS, the Controller of the City of South Bend has under his supervision the records with information con- cerning PERF; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Common Council as follows : 1. The Controller' s Office of the City of South Bend shall have the authority to respond to any inquiries from PERF concerning any matter relevant to PERF. 2 .
