(k) (No change) <br />(1) (No change) <br />(m) (No change) <br />(n) (No change) <br />(o) (No change) <br />(p) (No change) <br />Section II Chapter 14, Article 9, Section 14-57, of the South Bend Municipal Code shall <br />be amended to read as follows: <br />(a) Notice of conditional ttse permit(s) isstred for special event at a <br />boarding house: The Office of the ' ~^°^°~^^ ^„a;t^r;,,- *'~° <br />City Clerk shall <br />electronically send, or distribute by other means of communication <br />at the end of each business day, to: the South Bend Police <br />Department's Uniform Division; the Department of Code <br />Enforcement; *'~° ^rf~^° ^f *'~° r,;*«s'°rL; and the neighborhood <br />association located in the area, if any, a listing of all la^ <br />residential locations where ~° '~~° ~°°••°a a conditional use lawn <br />parking permit or a conditional use permit has been issued for a <br />special event at a boarding house, and the date(s) for each. <br />(b) Notice of conditional ttse lawn parking permit(s) issued: The <br />Office of the L-ic ^ a'*o~~the~~epent--ef <br />^ a^,~^~°*r°*~^^ °^a ~~^°^^° Cit~erk shall electronically send, or <br />distribute by other means of communication at the end of each <br />business day, to: the South Bend Police Department's Uniform <br />Division; the Department of Code Enforcement; *'~° nrF:^° „r .~,° <br />rte; and the neighborhood association located in the area, if <br />any, a listing of all locations of residential locations where it has <br />issued a conditional use lawn parking permit and the date(s) for <br />each. <br />Section III.
