RESOLUTION NO 103$ -$ 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br /> TO SUBMIT TO THE INSTITUTE OF MUSEUM SERVICES <br /> A GRANT APPLICATION FOR GENERAL OPERATING <br /> SUPPORT MONIES FOR DISCOVERY HALL <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of South Bend is the <br /> Chief Executive Officer of the City, and is the Applicant for <br /> Institute of Museum Services funds for Discovery Hall . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> SECTION 1 That the Mayor of the City of South Bend <br /> is hereby authorized to submit an application for $20,141 , in <br /> General Operating Support funds which may be used for most general <br /> operating expense items of the museum (including additional staff <br /> Personnel in Discovery Hall Museum). <br /> SECTION II. That for every category established under <br /> this resolution the Mayor shall submit to the Common Council a <br /> line item budget in Ordinance form prior to any expenditures of <br /> any grant money received upon approval of the application. <br /> SECTION III.
