RESOLUTION NO. 4 a 1/41a-g3 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $109 ,000 <br /> FROM THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br /> MENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> WHEREAS , monies are needed in the General Fund for <br /> street maintenance for the year 1983 , and appropriations were made <br /> for this purpose in Ordinance Number 7094-83, coumionly known as the <br /> 1983 Budget ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Indiana Code 6-7-1-31 . 1 authorizes the <br /> Common Council of the City of South Bend, by Resolution to transfer <br /> monies deposited in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the <br /> General Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br /> SECTION I . That $109 ,000 be transferred from the <br /> Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION II . That this Resolution shall be in full <br /> force and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council <br /> and approval by the Mayor. <br /> .
