SECTION 3. Any costs or expenses incurred in connection with <br /> the Center City Housing Project shall be included in the project costs <br /> and reimbursed from the proceeds of the Industrial Revenue Bonds to be <br /> issued with respect thereto. <br /> SECTION 4.
