: ,;:fry 10/ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /sI <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO.2331 <br /> ADoPTEO JUNE 25th, 1923, COMMONLY KNOWN <br /> AS "ZONING ORDINANCE" BY THE CHANGING <br /> OF A CERTAIN DESCRIBED TRACT FROM "B" <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND "A" HEIGHT AND <br /> AREA DISTRICT TO "E" HEAVY INDUSTRIAL . <br /> DISTRICT AND "F" HEIGHT AND AREA DISTRICT <br /> AND SUBJECTING THE SAME TO THE PROVISIONS <br /> i OF SECTIONS 7 AND 15 OF SAID ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE. <br /> ' BE IT ORDAINi by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend: <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2331 adopted June <br /> 1 25th, 1923, and commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance" <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to change all that certain <br /> territory bounded on the North by West Dunham"Street, on <br /> the South and Southeasterly side by the right-of-way of the <br /> I * New Jersey, Indiana and Illinois Railroad, and on the West <br /> i <br /> by the first alley East of South olive Street, said territory <br /> I being Lots Numbered 108, 109_,.,,_110, 111", 142, 143, 145, 146, <br /> 147, 148, 149, 150 and 151 in the Realty Construction Company' s <br /> Second Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, from "B" <br /> Residence District and "A" Height and Area District, to "E" <br /> Heavy Industrial District and "F" Height and Area District, <br /> and subjecting said territory to the provisions of Sections <br /> 7 and 15 of said Zoning Ordinance . <br /> Section 2. All other provisions of 'said Zoning <br /> Ordinance shall be and they are hereby continued- in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> Section 3.
