W, D-:4J\ -L 1:ITH =TERENCE TO THE CHANGE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION 1 . That ordinance number 2331 adapted June 25th, <br /> 1923, commonly '_mown as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows insofar as it applies to the <br /> following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, <br /> St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to-wit: <br /> Beginning at a point on the South line of Madison. <br /> Street at the East line of the alley West of Michigan <br /> Street ; thence South on the East line of said alley to <br /> the intersection with the East and West alley between <br /> Madison Street and LaSalle Avenue; thence East on the • <br /> North line of said alley and on this line prolonged to <br /> the St. Joseph river; thence North Easterly along the <br /> West line of said river to the South line of Madison <br /> Street ; thence West to the South line of Madison Street <br /> to the place of beginning, <br /> be and the same is hereby changed from "F" Height and Area to <br /> "G" Height end Area. <br /> SECTION 2 .
