ORDINANCE NO. 5r I d <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331 <br /> COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE. <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana. <br /> . SECTION 1. <br /> That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted by the Common Council <br /> of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of June, 1923, <br /> and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance , be and the same is <br /> hereby amended as follows, to-wit: <br /> Beginning at a point where the New York Central Rail- <br /> road intersects with the center line of Ernsperger <br /> Street, thence South on the center line of Ernsperger <br /> ' Street, to the center line of the first alley North <br /> of Randolph Street, thence West on the center line of <br /> said alley . to the center line of Sampson Street, thence <br /> South to. the center line of Randolph Street, thence <br /> west on the center line of Randolph Street, to the <br /> East line of Lot #10 Robinson Second Addition, thence <br /> North on the East line of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, <br /> 16 , 17 and 18 in said addition to the South line right- <br /> of-way of the New York Central Railroad thence East on <br /> the South line right-of-way of the New York Central <br /> Railroad to the place of beginning. <br /> 1 • to be changed from "s" Residence District, ' "A" Height and Area <br /> District to "E" Heavy Industrial District and "F" Height and <br /> Area District. . <br /> No other provision save and except as to the track herein <br /> bounded and described shall be changed hereby. <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after its passage and legal publication. <br /> i <br /> G_D • <br /> v <br /> Y,n. e A, <br /> 51 10 <br /> li j�'l9"�'2q di <br /> "IMO , • .
