SECTION I. The Lease Purchase Agreement with Marquette <br /> Lease Services, Inc. for the purchase of a 1984 Pirsch 110 ' Sky Top <br /> Aerial Apparatus with pump is approved. <br /> SECTION II. The Common Council of the City of South Bend <br /> intends to appropriate sufficient funds from the Emergency Medical <br /> Services Fund in the 1985, 1986, 1987, and 1988 budget years to cover <br /> payments due on said Lease Purchase Agreement. <br /> SECTION III.
