a <br />ACCEPT AND FILE DONATION TO SOUTH BEND POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />Chief Boykins, Police Department, dvised the Board of a generous donation a <br />Bend Police Department Youth Boxing Program of fifty (50.00) dollars, given by Elaine and <br />Robert M- no further discussion, accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF MONTIgLY STATISTICAL ANALYSIS REPORT — DECEMBER 2008 <br />President Dempsey indicated that unless there were questions or objections by members of the <br />Board, the statistical analysis report for the month of December 2008, as submitted by the Police <br />Department, would be accepted for filing.
