The Monthly Managei3lent Fee shall be paid to the operator in arrears for scr~-ices rc;ndered the previous month, concurrently ~~-iY1i tha Monthly payment b;' the Com3,nission for reimbursement of operating expenses. c) T}ic Operator shall provide, as part of its n~anageanent fee, uf~f-site supervisie~n, overhead allocation, at regional offices, and travel expenses.
