The scope of work <br />needs to be modified to be more inclusive of other sites in that area and is being replaced <br />by Item #2. <br />Staff requests your approval of the cancellation of a professional services contract with <br />Wightman Petrie, Inc. approved on November 7, 2008. <br />Item #2: Phase II ESA Contract (Multiple Sites) <br />As a replacement to Item #1, and to be better prepared while acquiring property and <br />planning for site clearance in the Ignition Park Area, the staff has worked with Wightman <br />Petrie to develop a proposal scope that includes four parcels blocks of study. The parcel <br />blocks include the Burton Property/Waste Management site (Commission owned), Graf <br />Property (Commission owned). Zilkowski Properties (includes the paint shop and <br />office/storage area; to be acquired by the Commission), and Uzelac Property (to be <br />acquired by the Commission). <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
