Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner, MHM Realty proposes to convert the 129 North Michigan Street property into a restaurant, jazz club, and banquet/private meeting room. MHM Realty is seeking a (6) six-year real property tax abatement, and a representative of MHM Realty will be available to meet with the Committee on Monday, February 26, 2007.
