MHM Realty, LLC <br />2610 Twixwood Lane <br />South Bend, IN 46614 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Attached is a real property tax abatement package for the property located at 129 N. <br />Michigan St., South Bend, IN 46601. The property, which has been vacant for over six <br />years, is currently owned by land trust #34516-00-5. MHM Realty, LLC (MHM), has a <br />purchase agreement for the property and has obtained financing for the purchase with <br />LaSalle Bank. Closing for the purchase is estimated to occur in early March. <br />The petition is being submitted by MHM, which is acting as the owner's agent. I have <br />signed the Statement of Benefits document, and I've signed the petition as the owner's <br />agent.
