St. Louis Blvd. <br />Dear Council Members: <br />The above referenced petition of Northern Electric was legally advertised on January 4, 2007. The Board of <br />Zoning Appeals gave it a public hearing on January 18, 2007, at which time the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sassano, being seconded by Mr. Kilbase and unanimously carried, the petition <br />for Special Exception of Northern Electric for a Group Residence in a "MU" Mixed Use district, on <br />property located at 121 N. St. Louis Blvd., is sent to Common Council with a Favorable <br />Recommendation. <br />The deliberations of the Board of Zoning Appeals and points considered in arriving at the above decision as <br />shown in the Minutes of the Public Hearing, and will be forwarded to you at a later date, to be made part of <br />this report. <br />Sincerely, <br />Charles C.
