RADIUS OF 676.95 FEET, AND HAVING AN ARC DISTANCE OF 246.84 FEET, TO THE END OF A CHORD BEARING S. 19°08'29" W., AND HAVING A DISTANCE OF 245.47 FEET; THENCE S. 90°00'00" W., 19.56 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF LOT NUMBER 16 OF SAID PLAT, SAID POINT ALSO BEING ON THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MICHIGAN STREET; THENCE ALONG SAID WEST LINE N. 00°08'02" W., 252.00 FEET; TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 0.32 ACRES MORE OR LESS. SUBJECT TO ALL HIGHWAYS, EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD. hereby determines that it is desirable to vacate said properties. SECTION II.
