Additionally, the Clinic commits to targeting minority recruitment and <br />hiring opportunities through area publications and internet web sites specifically designed <br />for and targeting minority populations and new efforts with the Workforce Development <br />Department. In recent hiring, the Clinic has specifically targeted individuals of Hispanic <br />origin and speaking skills to as to better serve an increasing Hispanic population seeking <br />medical care. Additionally, the Clinic will continue its relationship with Logan Center <br />providing employment opportunities for the disabled Depending on the position to be <br />recruited, targeted minority hiring sources the Clinic can and will use include IUSB <br />diversity departments and publications and web sites such as: African-American Career <br />World, Hispanic Career World, Women in Business, Careers & the disabled, National <br />Black Nurses Association, Indian Country Today, Veterans Today, and other tar eg tied <br />associations and publications. <br />-4- <br />
