neurological,_pain visual and auditory services. The current 2 suite/4500 s.f. outpatient <br />sur ery center will be replaced and expanded with a 8 suite 22 000 s.f. center. The <br />physicians serve a patient population from obstetric and newborn care through children <br />adolescents adults and the elderly. In addition to routine physician office visits, <br />outpatient surgery and diagnostic tests, on site procedural services include minor office <br />surgery and care of acute injury, flexible siQmoidoscopy, dermatologic services, skin <br />cancer surgery and cosmetic dermatology, routine fracture care, and retail pharmac}_and <br />optical dispensing and hearing aid services. Current facilities are frequented by well over <br />1,000 patient per day (M-F) seeking medical care. <br />3. Estimate the dollar value of the project (excluding land): $32,984,000 for construction <br />and A&E fees, but not including owner's costs for fixtures and furnishings estimated at <br />$3,500,000 or financing fees and interest expense. <br />4. The current assessed valuation of the real property before rehabilitation, redevelopment, <br />economic revitalization, or improvement: $5,517,530 <br />5.
