(d) Single Family and Two-Family Residential <br /> All new single family and two-family residential construction shall comply with the following <br /> regulations: <br /> (1) Single Family and Two-Family Residential Building Massing <br /> (A) Angular or curved building massing is prohibited. <br /> (B) Building heights shall not be less than one(1) story or fifteen feet(15') <br /> and shall not exceed two-and-a-half(2 72) stories or thirty-five feet (35'). <br /> (C) Front entry door(s) shall be located on the Primary Building Frontage and <br /> shall face the Primary Street. <br /> (D) A Front Porch or Portico is required and shall be attached to the Primary <br /> Building Frontage.
