We encourage people to submit their flag design by Monday, November 16, 2015, <br /> at 5:00 p.m. People of all ages are encouraged to participate. <br /> We recommend that this Resolution be sent to the Community Relations Committee and then heard at <br /> next Monday's Common Council meeting, so that some of the representatives from the South Bend 150 <br /> Celebration Com t" ee may be in attendance.
