ORDINANCE NO. v` g/3® <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT THE SUM OF <br /> FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVEN DOLLARS AND FOUR CENTS <br /> ( 0,707 .04) FROM THE SUM APPROPRIATED BY ORDINANCE NO.. <br /> 2820 PASSED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL ON DECEMBER zc <br /> 1929 TO THE DEPARTINT OF FINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING <br /> THE INSTALLMENT AND INTEREST FOR 192g—UPON <br /> REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE SHERIDAN <br /> AVENUE , HUTTBOLT STREET AND ELWOOD AVENUE <br /> SUB-TRUNK SEWERS. • <br /> WHEREAS Ordinance No . 2820 adopted by the Common Council on <br /> the 30th day of December , 1929 , was intended to and does include the <br /> amounts necessary to pay the installment .and interest for 1929 upon <br /> reduction of assessments for the Sheridan Avenue , Humbolt Street and <br /> Elwood Avenue sub-trunk sewers as well as the Northwest Sewer ; and <br /> WHEREAS said Ordinance No. 2820 appears to be not sufficiently <br /> comprehensive to cover said Sheridan Avenue , Humbolt Street and Elwood <br /> Avenue sub-trunk sewer installment ; therefore - <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend , Indiana: <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That out of the sum of Fifty-four Thousand Dollars (;54 ,000.00 ) <br /> appropriated by Ordinance No. 2820 passed by the Common Council on the <br /> 30th day of December , 1929 , from the General Fund of the City of South <br /> Bend , Indiana, to the Department of Finance of said City for the <br /> purpose of paying the installment and interest for 1929 upon reduction <br /> of assessments for the Northwest Sewer , the sum of Four Thousand Seven <br /> Hundred Seven Dollars and Four Cents ( 04,707 .04 ) be , and the same is <br /> hereby transferred in the same department for the purpose of paying <br /> the installment and interest for 1929 upon reduction of assessments <br /> for the Sheridan Avenue , Rumbolt Street and Elwood Avenue sub-trunk <br /> sewers . <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> This Ordinance shall be in full force and Effect from and <br /> after its passage . <br /> t lid 9_0' f <br /> fj <br /> e�•%" 4jF;A <br />
